Class Schedule 

Our capoeira classes are designed for everyone to develop coordination, agility, flexibility, strength, balance and rhythm.​ Through the songs of capoeira, students also learn Brazilian Portuguese, instruments and history.

We advise students to come wearing comfortable, flexible clothing. Shoes are not required, however for those who are uncomfortable training barefoot we reccommend sneakers with lightweight, flexible soles. Come prepared to move and have fun!

 

While the children's classes are targeted for children between the ages of 5 and 10, those who are slightly younger or older are encouraged to try depending on their coordination and temperament. Our adult classes may be best suited for some older children. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

*The conditioning class is designed to prepare beginners to be able to follow our all-level classes.

  Students will develop flexibility, balance, strength and agility as the instructors break down basic capoeira

  movements into fun and easy to follow exercises.
