Class Schedule
Our classes are appropriate for people of all ages and capacities. We advise students to come wearing comfortable, flexible clothing. Shoes are not required, however for those who are uncomfortable training barefoot we recommend sneakers with lightweight, flexible soles. Come prepared to move and have fun!
