Class Schedule

Our classes are appropriate for people of all ages and capacities. We advise students to come wearing comfortable, flexible clothing. Shoes are not required, however for those who are uncomfortable training barefoot we recommend sneakers with lightweight, flexible soles. Come prepared to move and have fun!

Afterschool Programs

Children and adults in white capoeira uniforms practicing capoeira, some doing backbends, in a large room with wooden floors. Several seated capoeira teachers play percussion instruments, and some audience members sit against the wall.

Tuesdays 3:15-4:00pm (ages 4-6) / 4:15-5:15pm (ages 7-14)

French American School of NY (Larchmont, NY)

FASNY’s afterschool programs are open for the public to register, information is available upon request.

Thursdays 3:20-4:10pm (PreK-K) / 4:20-5:10pm (Grades 1-3)
